Growing up with both parents involved in home building and real estate, Nick McCully developed a passion for both sides of the industry. Nick started as a basic laborer on his father’s job sites, sweeping and cleaning up debris, eventually working his way into and learning the specific skillset of a number of related trades.
Prior to starting his real estate brokerage and taking over his father’s general contracting firm, Nick had moved on from construction and began his partnership with Nathan Pierce (begun in late 2005). They would go on to combine the lending and acquisition sides of residential real estate under one umbrella. Together, Nick and Nate generated more than 35 million in residential real estate sales volume until the market crash in 2008.
With Arizona leading the country in distressed assets, Nick and Nate forged a new path in the world of short sales while developing their real estate investment business. In helping distressed homeowners gracefully exit their overleveraged properties, the partnership quickly built a reputation for finding the best opportunities with the highest returns on investment. And here Nick found himself once again in the construction side of real estate. Utilizing their existing knowledge, relationships with sub-contractors, and general contracting resources, Nick and Nate consulted and managed remodeling projects for both their investors and themselves.
By 2014, the revival of Arizona’s real estate market led to Nick and Nate’s adaptation of their skills to benefit the average home buyers and sellers. The idea of Strong Tower Homes & Construction and what it could do took shape, and in early 2015 Nick had acquired his father’s longtime general contracting company under the Strong Tower umbrella. Strong Tower Homes & Construction offers a wide array of services, including minor repairs, maintenance and caretaking, BINSR repairs, updates and remodeling for sellers and buyers, custom home building, and more.
Nick married his sweetheart and best friend Teresa in 2004, and they have two amazing boys (Ethan and Gavin). In his precious free time, Nick loves spending time with his family, traveling, and getting his hands dirty under the hood of his diesel truck (assisted by his boys of course).
